Center Yourself
Think about the line that is at the center of your body. Tune in into the center of your body - the place of neutrality, no judgment, peace, harmony. Notice how the feeling at other points is different from the center. 

Think about the painful area and then shift your attention to the center of your body. Compare again and see if it feels more even. This is energetic correction. If necessary repeat until the result comes. 

Exercise to heal pain or discomforts
1. Feel your entire body from your head, neck, shoulders, arms, upper back, lower back, waist, hips, thighs, calves, and feet. Do you feel any pain, stiffness, or discomfort?
2. Now shift your awareness to one of those uncomfortable areas and at the same time bring your awareness to your midline. Keep your awareness of your midline a half a second or less. A half a second or less is usually all you need to do a successful correction.
3. Now bring your awareness back to the uncomfortable area you just worked on. How does it feel now? More clear? More relaxed?
